Sound: the sound is quite good, for the price Support: All repair shops in my area have stopped doing Samson service. For warrantee work my options were to ship to NY ($80) at my cost or pay an independent tech ($75). I chose the latter for time reasons. I have never been able to get though to their customer service via phone, leaving countless messages. Overall: if it would just work consistently, it'd be great...
