Quality: It's fender, so it--by default--has a 5 years warranty. Love it. Value: Easily worth the money. Desirability: If you play acoustic and sing, try this out. You will LOVE it. Sound: Love this thing's tone. Warm, clean. I use it both for gigs and in my home studio--it's a great all around amp for solo acoustic performance or with a band: the tone is warm and intimate enough for a coffee house show, but it has the punch needed for a band.
