Product Reviews for Ampeg BA115 Tilt Back Bass Combo Amplifier Feature: The presets were kinda useless for me, I don't use effects or gimmicks, just the natural bass sound. Nice that it has the -15db jack for active basses. Quality: As is usual with Ampeg, this thing is built like an M1A1 Abrams main battle tank. As a result, it takes small falls and bumps well. All the fragile goodies are tucked away safely out of harms way. Value: A really good value for those who do small venues. A good entry level bass amp. Desirability: Got one. Sex appeal? Nah...unless you like blocky shapes. Utilitarian, gets the job done nicely. Sound: Good amp, clean sound when cranked. I like to get that string buzz and this amp works it well. Support: Have not needed to contact them on this amp but in the past, they have been flawless in handling any problems. Overall: For my use, this will be fine for a good while to come I predict.
