Product Details for Kurzweil PRAM26 Option Kit for K2600

The PRAM upgrade increases the amount of battery backed RAM in the V.A.S.T. Series instruments and is used for saving objects such as programs, setups, QA banks, and sequences. In fact, everything that can be named and saved goes into the battery backed RAM except for the actual recorded sample data (which go into the SIMMs). For the K2600 Series, it is 486k, expandable to 1506k with the PRAM option.
